What's the difference between all the fabric options?

We offer several materials to match your shooting style: Fleece – soft, heavy, and flattering for portraits. Premium – our top-tier option for professional results. Dream Fabric / Dream Fleece – high-quality alternatives with a smooth finish. Royal Dream – another premium fabric choice. Silicone Edge – weighted edges that hang flat with no curling. How do I get rid of wrinkles?

Most fabric backdrops arrive rolled, not folded, to minimize creases. For any stubborn wrinkles, we recommend: Steaming – the safest and most effective method. Hanging – let it hang for 24–48 hours; gravity does the work. Ironing on low – use a pressing cloth and never iron directly on the print.

Are your backdrops custom printed?

Yes — every backdrop is made to order based on the design you select. We print specifically for your order with the size and fabric you choose, so what you see is what you get.

What if my backdrop arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind our quality. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How should I store my backdrop?

Always store your backdrops rolled, not folded, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them in the shipping tube or use a dedicated storage tube to prevent creases and protect the print.
